Looking down the lane joining Bellrock Street and Skerryvore Road. The houses at the bend in Monach Road are all that remain of this bit of 'old Cranhill'.
The Monach Road shops were on the spot now occupied bt the new Cranhill Primary School. Does anyone remember Johnstone's fruit and vegetable van that parked at the top of the lane?
